You need to select "Parameter Settings" and uncheck all the checkboxes in front of additional services. Then you need to click "Next." Now you will see a list of programs that should be installed by default. It:
- IP TV Player - how to configure it, you will read below;
- VideoLAN modules;
- shortcut in the main menu;
- desktop shortcut.
If all the checkboxes are checked, you can click Next.Now you need to select the folder where you need to install the player. If you do not agree with the proposed default path, click "Browse." Then you need to click "Install" and wait until the program is installed. As a result of the successful completion of the installation, a corresponding message will appear, then you need to click "Finish".
After the program is installed, it must be configured. To do this, you need to launch IP TV Plauer from the desktop or from the Start menu. You will be asked to choose a package, for example, a basic one, but it all depends on your situation. When you select a package, click OK. The player window will start. If everything works, the channels are switched, then no additional settings are needed. Now you know how to set up IPTV. But if no channels appeared, there could be several reasons for this.
First of all, the network card must be registered in the settings, which connects to your provider's Ethernet network. However, you may have several network cards, while the program automatically selects the very first network card.
Secondly, the channels may not appear due to a working VPN connection, which can also be perceived by the player as a network interface. In this case, the VPN connection on top of the local network does not need to be disconnected.It's all about choosing a network interface. To find the IP address of the network card, you can open Local Connection Status, or type ipconfig on the command line. Remember the address of your IP card. Then you need to go into the general settings of your player and check what is written there. The address must match what was written on the command line, if this is not the case, change and restart the player. If the player is still not working, does not display the channels, then you need to get into the advanced settings and check the address of the channel list. You also need to make sure that this list is automatically updated.
